We want to find a place for you to serve!
God has given us all gifts, things we do well. Our talents and gifts are all tools the Lord can and will use to grow His Kingdom.
Not sure where you fit God's Kingdom? Send us a message and let's figure it out together.
Since 1999, the Glory Dancers have provided Hands of Faith Church with the opportunity to worship in the form of dancing before the Lord.
Led by Dee Davis, with assistance from Holly Abele and Maria Stephens, dancers have expressed a deep passion for sharing the presence of the Lord through the Holy Spirit, as their interpretive moves have continued to bless those around them.
The dance ministry is another way to honor the Lord in praise, with grace and humility, through prayer and anointing, and continues to be a vital part of Hands of Faith Church.
Started in 2005, this ministry aims at aiding the couples of Hands of Faith in developing closer relationships with Christ, each other, and those of our ministry.
The couples engage in laughter, deep biblical discussions, at times enjoying nights out, and in February having our annual Valentine's dinner. As the ministry continues to grow and bless those involved, we know it is a vital part of mission here at the church.
The Men of Faith celebrate manhood and Biblical leadership in the home. As we serve our families, we also serve the church.
1 Timothy 2:8 "I desire therefore that in every place men should pray, without anger or quarreling or resentment or doubt [in their minds], lifting up holy hands (Amplified Bible). We are M.E.N. - Mentoring Others; Engaging in fellowship; Navigating through life. Join us as we strive to be true men of God.
Psalm 46:5 - "God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns."
The Women's Fellowship is for the opportunity for the women of our church to gather and share in each others lives. They meet in a variety of places in the surrounding area of Zanesville and Muskingum County while spreading the good news of the gospel wherever they may go. Please check our monthly event calendar for the next meeting date and location of our women's fellowship.
Our Youth Ministry ranges from our Nursery to 11 years of age.
The children are dismissed after the morning offering and attend Junior Church where they learn biblical principles through bible stories, videos, arts and crafts, singing, and snack time. Parents can participate by providing snacks and assisting with activity time. This ministry is under the direction Kathleen Bullock and serves as a vibrant part of the overall development and service of Hands of Faith Church.
The teen ministry of Hands of Faith involves middle school and high school students.
Teachers shares alternating Sunday's discussing current topics while providing biblical answers, insights, and applications in order to help these young people cope with today's issues and challenges. The teen ministry meets at the same time as Junior Church, immediately following the morning offering.
The Hands of Faith Church Choir is comprised of church members whose desire it is to serve the Lord in the ministry of song.
As the God's word commands us to give Him praise, it is in the joy of singing that these members share their gifts and talents and allow the Spirit of God to minister to others through them. Led by the Director Liesta Walker, they share monthly in celebration to God words of encouragement and power. Join us on us on the second Sunday of each month as they bring us tidings of great joy in music.
